Hello all. This will be a fantasy ptu game with a big emphasis on RP and character creation. I've officially run a campaign on this site, and feel pretty comfortable with running another, and it doesn't help that I've been writing out a bunch of stories for this little world in my head. Before you continue reading on, I want to say that if you are already in one of my campaigns, I certainly welcome you to submit a character, but know that I will be prioritizing new players to give them a chance to be a part of a campaign.
Basic Synopsis
As of now, the Realm is primarily run by the kingdom of Galand. The royal family is a human one, lead by Queen Ealisaid of house Madain. This royal family has lead the realm to much prosperity, and has kept strong ties with the other major factions of the region to maintain a certain level of peace. While diplomatic disputes occur regularly, along with a fair share of combat, most major wars have been set aside since the invasion of a new breed of monster that has swarmed the lands, affecting everyone equally. The creatures were once a major threat to all, but some have now been tamed and incorporated into society as helpers, warriors, and sometimes even pets. But that doesn’t mean the world is safe from these creatures. They still run rampant, and kingdoms will send their best and brightest to Windrider’s College in Orebro City, where they teach potential students to become hardened hunters, amongst other vocations that they may be interested in.
You have been recommended. Perhaps due to talent, intellect, social status, or your adorable face, something about you screamed, “this person would make a magnificent hunter” and you got personally recommended for a position at the college. Although sometimes people get recommended because their communities absolutely despise them, so maybe don’t get too cocky. You’ve packed your bag, said goodbye to your friends and/or family, and begin your journey to the college, unsure of what to expect

Character Creation
So there’s going to be a lot to cover here. First you must pick a race, and that race will determine what classes are available to you (yes, we’re going korean mmo here). There’s a bunch of information about races and their home towns below, but it isn’t necessary that you read it all. In fact, if you have a good idea of what race you’d like to be, it’s actually pretty quick to just read through their info to get a good understanding of what they’re like.
What’s important here is that even though there are certain stereotypes/commonalities amongst the races, they aren’t rules. You can have a High Elf that is born and raised in a human city, or an Orc that’s not that much of a fan of combat, and prefers instead to juggle. It’s all free game here. Furthermore, you may choose to have you character born and raised in one of the cities below, but these are the biggest capital cities for each race. It’s assumed that 1) many of these cities incorporate more than just one race, and 2) there’s even more cities and towns outside of them, so feel free to make up your own if you want, just know I may ask you to tweek it for the sake of consistency.
As for what you’ll need to make for characters, I want to see:
A level 7 character
5 Potential Pokemon that you would like that will be given to you upon your arrival to your school. YOU WILL GET ONLY ONE. These pokemon will be level 20 when you get them, and receive 1 egg or tutor move. Please do not ask for psuedos. You won’t get them
Whatever you can get with 10,000 gold (units of moneys)
If there is a class you want, but it’s not offered to the race you want, let me know and I might add it. I also might not. Who knows?
It would be wise to add some sort of combat or support class. Not necessary though
As for Background I’m interested in:
Character. Personality. Quirks.
Don’t just say they’re pathetic at Occult Ed because it was good for their build. Give a character description explaining why they have little to no understanding of it.
I care more about your background and personality than I do about whatever super op build you’re going with. Prioritize your storytelling skills and charisma over build
Someone had to have recommended you to the college. Who was it? A friend? A Neighbor? A college scout? An old lady you saved? A dark priest that wants you to destroy the world? The people your character does or does not associate with is important

Angel
Angels have always watched the world high above in their floating cities. Their origins are unclear, only that they appeared originally as 4, considered to be the primordial angels, whose blessing has been used to power their cities, grant magical strength to their kin, and create a renewable resource out of faith. Angels are all born with at least one pair of wings, but it is said that an angel’s faith and strength can lead to them developing more wings, and much larger ones at that. The Angels have always tried to separate themselves from the matters of the land, since the sky was their domain, but when it became clear that Demons were communing with the first elves, they decided to get involved. Since then the Angels have often inserted themselves into the lives of mortals, offering guidance, wisdom, and healing to those that wish for it, but at the cost that they do little to no communing with Demons. But they still wish to keep the Demon’s influence to a minimum, so they continue to help the needy, and try and spread their message.
Angels are often inquisitors, missionaries, priests, healers, and intellectuals. Some who venture too far by themselves are often caught and sold as slaves/toys. They go for a great price on the black market

Demon
In most theology of the region, High elves were considered the first dominant beings of the world. Most other races are theorized to have originally been High elves that branched away from the traditional methods of the original High Elves, and humans are no exception. Unlike most other races however, humans were not the result of communing with a certain aspect of the world, but rather, a group of philosophical High Elves that believed that they could a greater form of enlightenment and understanding should they strip themselves of their elven blessings. Essentially they perceived themselves as too great, and wished to have the perspective of one without power, to hopefully develop true empathy, compassion, and love. Most humans aren’t as keen with the choices made by their ancestors, but the race has proven to be just as effective overtime, serving as the most dominant race in the region.
Some humans are born with the blessing of the original elves, and as such they have a wide arrange of potential. It seems that limiting themselves has ironically opened more doors for them

High Elves
High elves have been blessed with a great affinity to blessings, nature, and long life. They’re often seen as the original breed of elves, and have deep lore exploring how they granted life and magic to numerous other races around the region. They are very tall, have very bright colors to their palatte, and are considered one of the most beautiful creatures in the world. In terms of social status, next to none hold the same as a High elf (challenged by humans or angels perhaps). This noble breed is known for its commitment to authority and order. They are often extremely prudish and strict, but offer much in terms of healing and leadership. Most major decisions in the world are made with the influence of noble high elves, such as Celebrian, the High Priest of Lafetalos.
High Elves are traditionally scholars, political figures, healers, and ambassadors, but they aren’t limited to social skills. There are plenty of great High Elf warriors in history

Wood Elves
Wood Elves may not be as pretty, tall, or pristine as High Elves, but they certainly hold the upper hand when it comes to traversing treacherous forests, fighting with stealth or ranged combat, and communing with nature and the elements. It is said that in the first days, some of the High Elves found a spiritual connection with the earth, and threw away their Elven blessings to merges spiritually with the elements. This made them smaller, less intelligent, and more feral, but also granted them strength and the ability to manipulate nature and elements to their will. Modern day Wood elves have often been used to fill ranger based military groups, but many have often been seen as simple minded commoners, and have often been used for menial jobs such as servants or general laborers. But outside of the more advanced cities, Wood elves operate in tribes, and work to maintain a level of respect they once had.
Wood Elves are often Elementalists, Rangers, Scouts, Soldiers, or in major cities, lower class citizens

Dark Elves
The first elves were not the only races in the world at the time. Angels and Demons lived as well, but separated themselves from the earth, the Angels taking the sky, and Demons taking the world of shadows. While the elves found the Angels trustworthy enough to commune with, they felt Demons were too corrupt to be trusted, and communing with them was considered taboo. Some rebellious elves however felt that there was much knowledge to be gained from the dark creatures, and took their lessons to heart. Demons taught these elves much about dark magic, and in time, the elves would find that their very nature had been changed. Their original blessing had been replaced with the blessing of the night, and the first elves cast them away as heretics, but the dark elves never let the influence of stubborn high elves decide their morality. The Dark Elves made their own communities, continued to study under demons and attempt to find a balance between darkness and corruption. They believe that knowledge should not be feared, and dark magic can be handled responsibly. They wish to show the world that they are not hostile, just enlightened.
Dark Elves are often religious leaders, scholars, craftsmen of unique herbs, medicine, and poisons, assassins, alchemists, and artists

Dwarves
Dwarves are often looked down upon by the High Elves, since their existence serves as a counter argument to the theory that elves were the first dominant race of the world. There’s little to the actual knowledge of how Dwarves came to be, only that they have been known to be around just as long as the first elves. Unlike the elves though, their ancestry has been spent mostly underground, or deep in the tundra mountains. They are the pinnacle of technological advancement, leading the world in weapons crafting, armor crafting, and even are known for making mechanical homunculi that assist in their daily lives. The dwarves have wandered outside their holes in recent generations, and while High Elves may not care too much for them, they serve as a vital, hearty asset to the world, providing state of the art gear for those with the right coin
Dwarves are most known for being craftsmen, smiths, and engineers, but they are also often used as warriors, cooks, guides, and the occasional babysitter. What? Their deep voices are comforting.

Kin
Some of the first elves found affection for local wildlife. The wolves, bears, fish, bees, everything really, and they wished to share their spirits with these creatures to better understand them. Thus, in time these elves gave up their elven blessing and gained animal ones instead. While still humanoid, the Kin have adapted aesthetic parts of the creatures they commune with, and have even learned to live in their natural habitats. Some have wolf ears and tails, some are gilled and have fins, and some are even bug eyed and bear stingers. If there is an animal out there, then there is a Kin of it. In today’s world Kin are often seen as humans with more features, but they offer so much more. The ability to swim to ocean depths or traverse oppressive deserts with ease is an invaluable tool for armies, excavation groups, and communities all around. The kin have led a fairly neutral life, being mostly ignored by major players of the world, but they are generally beloved for their kind nature, and pacifist vocations.
Kin are best used as scouts or guides, but they can really do any job a human can do.

Fae/Fairy
The Fae consider themselves the first beings to have ever existed. Their religion teaches the tales of similar spriteful beings granting life and beauty to a world once baron, a blank canvas in dire need to being painted. They say they once created the High Elves from a mess of tall goblins to serve them as denizens of their magic, but the elves grew too prideful, and could no longer be controlled. Now the Fae are much fewer in number, and while they enjoy their isolation from the major kingdoms, they still keep in contact to maintain control of their grounds, and to be assured that they won’t be disturbed. The fae are youthful, beautiful creatures, with some sort of adornment representing their affinity to nature, such as butterfly wings, bark plating upon their limbs, or flower petals. They are known as chaotically magical creatures and tricksters, often using their talents to trick travelers that may pose as a threat to nature. Their goal, above all else, is preservation. They wish to preserve their culture, the nature they’ve created, and the magic they’ve dominated, and eliminate all that threaten it
The Fae often keep within their own community as artists, priests, healers, and teachers, but those who venture from their commune may be ambassadors, entertainers, medics, and occasionally, a brothel operator.

Orc
Orcs are the least diplomatic, most aggressive race in the world. Few enjoy their existence, and there have been numerous campaigns led to wipe them out entirely. However, this mighty breed has never been a stranger to combat. In fact, it’s all they’ve ever known. To be born and raised as a traditional orc means that you have spent a decent part of your life hunting down large monsters, and fighting off hordes of enemy armies. Despite their prestige in combat however, they never actually opt to engage in war. Hunting sure, but they don’t care enough about land or honor enough to fight a whole other kingdom over it. Their entire lives have been constant instigations from various sides, until the other kingdoms and races finally accepted the fact that they could not be bested on the battlefield, and opted instead to find a way to incorporate them into society. The orcs agreed to parley in politics, and even offer many of their kind as soldiers for ally armies, because the allies can provide goods and services that a race built upon war couldn’t conceive, such as weapons crafting, proper food, clothes, things of that nature. Now orcs serve as an integral part of what little peace is maintained, but whenever there is a major conflict amongst the kingdoms, the Orcs are usually the first to be blamed.
Orcs are almost always soldiers. There are certainly a few that may drift from the trend, but they’re such a minor percentage of the equation that it hardly merits diving into

Goblin
These small impish creatures may be lacking in terms of physical appeal, but they’re rather intelligent creatures, and incredibly skilled for the lack of resources generally at their disposal. They have often been seen as a polar opposite to Dwarves. While Dwarves are hearty, strong, and make creations that resemble those aspect, Goblins are nimble, deft, and create more jury rigged creations that incorporate intelligent design and application as opposed to brute strength. Many adventuring groups enjoy the presence of a wise goblin since they are cheap to hire, feed, and have ease of access to all parts of whatever vehicle they are traveling on. While more prestigious races look down upon the goblins as ugly cretins, they serve an integral part of the technological advancement of the kingdoms
Goblins are often engineers, marksmen, spies, and teachers, but some that travel too far from Goblin friendly community will find themselves as lowly staff members.

Demon
Demons have had a very bad rap to them ever since the angels began their crusade designed to defame them. They’ve been perceived as monsters that relish in torture, manipulation, and chaos, and while that’s definitely true, it doesn’t mean that Demons are all bad. Demons don’t really know where they’re origins come from, only that they operate in a world separate from the ones the kingdoms use. They are born from a foreign realm of shadow, and were the original creators of black magic. They’ve always hated races like Angels, who condemn the pursuit of knowledge because of potential dire consequences. For Demons, all questions must be pursued, and things like taboo or moral dogmas are nothing but impeders of progress. Demons come in various shapes and sizes, but one consistent theme about them are there horns. Be them a humanoid pretty boy, or a goat legged abomination with 3 eyes, they all have some variety of horns. In modern society, Demons are feared, and many kingdoms and races actively pursue their destruction, but the realm of shadows is too elusive to find, and races such as the Dark elves vouch for their merits as intellectuals and shamans. There is still much risk in being a demon in the modern world, but perhaps it’s worth it to force a sort of enlightenment upon the world
Demons are rarely accepted in major societies, but they may serve as educators, gypsies, shamans, soldiers, assassins, and even prosecutors.

Major Cities for each race
Humans: Orebro City
High Elves: Lafetalos
Wood Elves: Iallond
Dark Elves: Jinn
Dwarves: Boneguard
Kin: Saasir
Fae/Fairy: Pliomn
Orcs: Rakgu
Goblins: Zeerves
Angels: Athiel
Demons: Binhauzer
Humans have long since the most prominent race in the region, and as such, they have used their prominent numbers to maintain a strong hold on majority of the land, and forcing their integration into cultures everywhere. As such, there are no regions that would be considered, “exclusively human”, but the capital city of Orebro is the region where the Queen resides, and holds the largest population in the region. Orebro holds all known races to the region, with humans dominating 46% of it, the next most dominant races being Wood Elves (generally as servants), Kin, and High Elves. You won’t see very many Angels, Demons, or Fae here. It is the most technologically advanced city, and holds one of the largest economies, but is extremely expensive to live in. Most that do are elites of the world, or serving them. Should you be lucky enough to live at least a middle class life here, then you’ll find yourself blessed with plenty of opportunities to pursue an education in nearly any field. However, having such a large community offer increases the amount of civil rights issues. Orebro is known for being the battleground of many hate crimes, political disputes, and protests. This is a city representing the cultures and opinions of a very diverse world, and it’s all compressed into the small confines of Orebro.
High Elves: Lafetalos
Elven culture is extremely diverse in economy, morality, and affinity to magic. The high elves have always held themselves in (unironically) high regard, and have put much effort into preserving their culture, and making sure it remains untouched by creatures from the outside. Lafetolas, is considered the first congregation of the elves, and has remained protected by the community for generations. It is filled with intricate and beautiful architecture made from white limb trees, which have proven to be hard as stone, and is known for its natural amenities, such as gentle waterfalls, white lily baths, and healing winds. It is said that it’s impossible to even find Lafetolas in the Deep Wood without an elven guide, but the elves are also known to grant refuge for those lost . . . briefly that is. The diversity in Lafetolas is near nonexistent. Primarily High elves at 62%, and it houses Wood elf refugees, and angels and Fae as guests. The city runs on ancient elven magic, and is known to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Here there is little physical conflict. Internal bickering however is a whole other factor. Many ambassadors commune here to discuss social affairs with representatives of the elves, and Wood/High elves come for sanctuary. Those who try to disturb its peace are dealt with immediately.
Wood Elves: Iallond
While High elves adore civil affairs, arts, and politics, Wood elves prioritize communing with the elements, and training themselves for combat. The Wood elves do not bother with trying to maintain a society, that’s a pursuit best left to the more liberal High elves. Wood elves simply maintain their territory, and allow several tribes to operate various sections of it. The wooded region of Iallond is somewhere between a city and an accumulation of numerous tribes. They make their homes on the tops of trees, connecting them to one another, so that they may commit to combat on the ground without risking their livelihood. Iallond serves primarily as a training ground for wood elves hoping to eventually offer their services as mercenaries to the outside world, but certainly has its own refuge for lower elven culture. Wood elves dominate Iallond, and don’t allow any other races to stay for very long. To them, it is critical to an elven upbringing to be untainted by outside sources. So if you aren’t a wood elf, or a High elf sent to help operate the semantic side of relations amongst the tribe, then you don’t have much reason to be there.
Dark Elves: Jinn
Deep in the Ashen woods lies a series of cave entrances, each leading to either a harrowing maze designed to keep its victims trapped until the end of their days, or to the night city of Jinn. Here dark elves are granted a realm of permanent night, where they may commune with the shadows, and rest in the comfort of the blue mushrooms that illuminate all around them. Their homes are made of cobblestone, ashen trees, and mud. They find their comfort in the shadows, and treat their home as a refuge from the persecution they find in the surface world. To be allowed to exist and continue their practices, Jinn has been denied the right to operate their own military by Orebro, but they have been able to continue individual trainings under the name of cultural heritage. So while you might not be able to be trained by a professional swordsman for combat in Jinn, you could certainly be taught how to make hexes or manipulate the shadows by a religious elder. As such, Jinn has managed to maintain financial support and security by offering these trainings to Demons and Goblins. There is still a lot of tension between the merits of allowing Jinn to continue to exist, but as of now, it is a peaceful city.
Dwarves: Boneguard
The Ebrivier mountains host a large city that spearheads the world in architecture and technology. The Dwarven capital of Boneguard is a place of incredible industry and military. Here Dwarves test their metal and intellect in large colosseums, smithies, and taverns. The Dwarves that live here often offer their services as hearty warriors for traveling groups, and make most their money through military and manufacturing weapons. Dwarves dominate the city, but it opens its doors to all races, though High elves hold themselves in far too high a regard to ever come for a visit. It is a rare day to see one in Boneguard.
Kin: Saasir
While Kin come in a variety of styles and habitats, some created a community in the center of the desert known as the Vast Steppes, where they could commune as a single party to discuss how to best get what they want from the world. While normally hot and unforgiving, many parts of Saasir are terraformed to accommodate whatever type of kin that may be seeking refuge. There is a whole underground lake for aquatic kin, a frozen cave for tundric kin, and intricate designs in the marble architecture to make interiors significantly cooler. Saasir has a wide variety of divisions; Military, business centers, education, arts, so on and so on. One thing it doesn’t seem to have is economic diversity. Most things are provided for the people by the small government, and the people are free to pursue any sort of vocation without having to pay. They can manage this by exporting extremely valuable resources out of mines that would be too oppressively hot for most races to tolerate, but reptilian kin love, and using that money for their community. Here you will find primarily kin, but also the occasional human, high elf, or angel looking for vacation.
Fae/Fairy: Pliomn
The fae were once the original masters of magic in the region, and their origins reach back nearly as long as the elves. Elven religion says that elves made the fae to assist the elves, while fae history claims that it was the fae that once gave enlightenment and blessings to a race of tall goblins, thus creating the elves. Should the latter be true, then Pliomn would be the original spot where it happened. Ancient stone buildings, intricate and based upon a spiral design, overtaken by the natural wildlife that surrounds it. The Fae are devoted to not bother nature, even when nature is proven to be a hindrance on their community. So instead they adapt to whatever new tree or brush happens to kick them out of their homes. The Fae offer refuge to most races, except Orcs and Demons. They’re known for their healing practices, mastery of the arts, subterfuge expertise, and amazing cooking.
Orcs: Rakgu
Mercy is not a word commonly used by the orcs, and one visit to the barbaric capital of Rakgu would only confirm that. Riddled with shoddy structures made from random trunks, branches, and bones, the city of Rakgu is a backwards one that romanticizes war and victory. It does away with hospitality or common comforts, and focuses entirely on survival. The other major regions are actually not very fond of Rakgu, however, they’ve never had the military strength to take it. However, Rakgu is not an isolated city. They open their doors to all willing to enter. Some see it as a means to keep up public relations, but those who actually visit will soon realize it’s a form of intimidation. They’re showing that their faith in their military is so strong that they wouldn’t mind giving the enemy the opportunity to attack from within. In fact, it sometimes seems like they’re challenging you for it.
Goblins: Zeerves
Goblins have served as one of the few other races that could survive the toxic interiors of the Black Mountains, and thus they’ve excelled and maintaining underground tunnels throughout the entirety of the mountain that serves as their home of Zeerves. The Goblins are few in number, and often despised by the other races, but they have proven peaceful enough to be negotiated with, and offer many cheaper alternatives to tech goods. The winding caverns are inhospitable to anything other than Goblin, Demon, or Dwarf, so most avoid the treacherous dive into their home. However, those that put the resources into survival gear to help them endure the dive are treated to a lively community of chaos, intellect, a fair share of explosions.
Angels: Athiel
The Angel capital of Athiel serves as a high point of culture and spirituality. Blessed with the magic of the primordial kings, the city rests high above the clouds as it leisurely floats all around the region. Many have treated it like a holiday when it passes above them, for few outside of the elites of other political and racial groups have gotten the chance to visit. The architecture features large Baroque churches and communes where worship and learning is highly encouraged. For those without the capabilities to fly, there are intricate elevator systems put in place to help them get to place to place. The overall experience could be described as prestine, graceful, and tranquil The angels offer refuge in Athiel exclusively to High Elves, or anything with the capability of flight.
Demons: Binhauzer
Similar to the angels, the Demons have a city that travels from place to place, but rather by sky, it does so by darkness. It is difficult to explain to those that have not experience it, but it almost serves as a pocket dimension, that constantly coincides with whatever region it happens to be passing through. Should a Demon exit Binhauzer, they’ll find themselves dropped in whatever position the city happened to be passing through, and finding your way back is difficult if you don’t have an Oracle in your party. The city is horrifying. Tall gothic building in a world of darkness, the only illumination provided being a blood red moon high in the clouds. The grass is withered and brittle, the air musky and toxic. Few outside Demons would tolerate it, but for them, it is a sacred haven where they may practice whatever form of dark arts they place. Some demonic oracles may offer refuge to darker beings such as Dark elves or Goblins in the name of pursuing deeper research, but finding your way in without a guide is ill advised. Ignoring the difficulty that comes with finding it, the demons would not let a foreign go unattended for long. The leaders of Athiel have long called for the end of Binhauzer, however, they’ve never been able to find it.
Windrider's College
Windrider’s College is notorious for it’s unique curriculum, most importantly, it’s course for Hunters. Here, students will be trained in proper hunting techniques, and may also study a number of other subjects that may interest them. It’s a big school, they have a lot of courses here. The College does not discriminate based on age, race, orientation, or even moral alignment. So you could be a 12 year old violent sociopath, or a 160 year old decrepit old lady, what really matters here is that you have the potential of being an excellent hunter. The courses aren’t very traditional. What will happen is that you will be paired in a group of four, and sent off to experience hunting hands on, while maintaining certain elective classes on your own time.
Hunters
Hunters are held in high regard, and have become a very valuable asset since the invasion of monsters (pokemon) generations ago. To become one would mean great things for your career, as they are treated like superheroes in this world. After completing your studies in Windrider’s, you let loose to the world, to assist in whatever way you see fit.
